Reflecting on Year One and Looking Ahead to 2026

Today, January 12, 2025, marks Tutoring2Inspire’s one-year anniversary as a formally incorporated non-profit in the United States, founded by our CEO Jay Panta and Executive Director Sam Keon. Over the past year, Tutoring2Inspire has grown from a small, student-led initiative into a 450+ member registered organization dedicated to expanding educational access and fostering cross-cultural understanding.

This milestone offers an opportunity to reflect on our progress and to outline clear, focused goals for the year ahead.

Year One: Progress and Foundations

In its first year, Tutoring2Inspire has:

  • Delivered free virtual tutoring to over 450 underserved elementary and middle school students in the United States.
  • Built a committed network of 20+ student tutors and mentors focused on educational equity.
  • Expanded its mission to incorporate cultural exchange, recognizing the importance of global understanding alongside academic support.
  • Established a formal organizational and governance structure as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
  • Initiated planning for international educational initiatives, informed by firsthand exposure to global education gaps.

These accomplishments were made possible through the dedication of our tutors, students, families, advisors, and supporters.
