Our story begins with two students, years of learning, and a shared belief that educational support is strongest when it grows through real relationships.
Jay Panta and Sam Keon arrived at the same mission through different experiences of educational inequality. Before Tutoring2Inspire formally incorporated, they spent years learning about educational gaps, testing ideas, and asking how a student-led organization could contribute without replacing local leadership.
That process shaped an approach centered on free educational support, meaningful cultural exchange, research, school relationships, and continuity. The goal is not one visit or one program. It is a structure that can listen, improve, and remain useful over time.

Tutoring2Inspire provides free educational support and meaningful cultural exchange to students facing academic, socioeconomic, or geographic barriers. By connecting students across communities and countries, we support academic growth, broader perspectives, and mutual understanding.
What began as a two-person initiative grew into a registered nonprofit with hundreds of students and volunteers. Its work now includes recurring programs, a computer lab, school relationships, cultural exchange, and field research in Nepal.
We envision equitable learning and meaningful cross-cultural connection for students regardless of background or geography. Our next chapter focuses on stronger school relationships, consistent programs, responsible research, wider reach, and the 2027 International Youth Development & Advocacy Program.

Tutoring2Inspire formally incorporates as a nonprofit in the United States.
The organization launches a school-based educational support model, records baseline assessments, and begins long-term work with Junkiri School.
Recurring student conversations connect young people in Nepal and the United States through shared interests, guided activities, and direct interaction.
Weekly support and exchange continue while the organization learns from educators, students, testing, and school priorities.
New school and organization relationships form, alongside official relationships with Nepal’s Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Education and Sports.
Development begins for the International Youth Development & Advocacy Program, including a selective questionnaire and interview process.
The organization is working toward new formal school relationships, stronger impact measurement, wider digital reach, and carefully supported program growth.

Jay Panta is a student at St. Mark’s School of Texas with a strong interest in global education, youth leadership, and international development. Experiences with educational inequality in Nepal shaped his commitment to expanding opportunity through free support, cultural exchange, school relationships, and research. As Chief Executive Officer, Jay works with Sam to guide the organization’s strategy, programs, and growth.
Sam Keon is a student at St. Mark’s School of Texas who is committed to social impact, community service, and meaningful cultural connection. He co-founded Tutoring2Inspire to help build an organization that turns student leadership into durable educational opportunity. As Executive Director, Sam works with Jay across organizational strategy, operations, partnerships, and program development.
Julie Freeman is Executive Vice President of Public Relations at MMGY Global. She brings decades of experience in communications, global travel, organizational leadership, and mentorship to Tutoring2Inspire’s Board of Advisors.
Kimberly Haley-Coleman founded Globe Aware, an international nonprofit focused on community-selected service, sustainability, and cultural understanding. Her experience helps Tutoring2Inspire think carefully about responsible international engagement.
Philip Loeb is Partner and President of Heard City and Midnight Snack. His background in creative leadership, business strategy, analytics, and organizational growth supports Tutoring2Inspire as it develops sustainable models for educational support and cultural exchange.
Matthew supports the administrative systems and operations that help Tutoring2Inspire’s programs run reliably. He also contributes to medical volunteering and biomedical academic research.
Masaki supports internal communication, meeting organization, and administrative coordination. His experience attending school in Japan, Canada, and the United States informs his global perspective on education and collaboration.
Sonarka helps coordinate educational support and contributes to a volunteer community centered on sharing knowledge, strengthening academic confidence, and helping students grow.
Yash is a student at The British School in Kathmandu. He supports cultural exchange, program coordination, and local relationship-building across Nepal, helping keep the organization’s work connected to community priorities.
