Applicants will complete a written questionnaire and participate in an interview. Selection will consider commitment, maturity, participation, service, and fit. This is not a pay-to-play trip.

Weekly Cultural Exchange
Conversation can change how students see the world.
Students in Nepal and the United States meet primarily online each week. Sessions combine common interests, guided games, open conversation, creative work, and space for participants to shape what they discuss.

Summer 2027
International Youth Development & Advocacy Program
A selective in-person program for young people who have shown sustained commitment to cultural exchange, service, thoughtful leadership, and the responsibilities of international partnership.
Responsibility with real purpose
Participants will prepare activities, help facilitate exchange, contribute to educational support, meet global changemakers, and reflect on responsible service.
Documented contribution
Verified service hours will be available where applicable. Participants will build concrete experience in facilitation, collaboration, preparation, and community engagement.
Learn Nepal through relationships
Participants will meet peers they have spoken with throughout the year, form new connections, support rural education, experience daily culture, and build lasting memories beyond a tourist itinerary.
