Learning Through Field Conversations

Interviews, school observations, and conversations with educators help the organization test assumptions and improve its approach to educational support.

By Tutoring2Inspire Team

Program data can show what changed, but field conversations help explain why. During the 2026 Nepal trip, Tutoring2Inspire listened to educators, students, community members, and institutional leaders across different settings.

Interviews, observations, and informal conversations help the team compare its assumptions with daily educational realities. That context informs program design, research questions, and decisions about where resources can be most useful.

The organization’s research approach will continue to combine quantitative measures with direct testimony and school-level observation.
