Rooted in Purpose: Why We Founded Tutoring2Inspire
Jay and Sam describe the different experiences that brought them to the same goal: a human-centered response to unequal educational opportunity.

Tutoring2Inspire began when Jay Panta and Sam Keon connected different experiences to the same question: how could students use their own educational opportunities to support peers facing barriers without assuming they already knew the answer?
Before formal incorporation, Jay and Sam spent years learning about educational inequality in Nepal, speaking with people connected to schools and communities, and considering how free support could be built around local relationships. That preparation shaped a model that combines educational support, cultural exchange, research, and sustained school partnership.
Their shared purpose is larger than tutoring alone. Tutoring2Inspire aims to help students strengthen skills, encounter new perspectives, and build relationships across borders while continually measuring whether its programs are useful and sustainable.
Jay and Sam continue to lead the organization together, with Jay serving as Chief Executive Officer and Sam serving as Executive Director.
